This is an unedited rehearsal in a dark room, lit only by a string of Christmas lights. I wanted to spend a few moments loosening up my arms, and thinking less about structure and trying to avoid playing my default patterns...... I'm finding that practicing in the dark is a nice way to change gears and look at things differently. (Or more like look at things less.) I would recommend trying this out. I think it's a helpful approach.
