Beauty Shines

from Digital April: Volume 1 by Jesse Sprinkle

/

about

Beauty does shine!. This Sprinkle Classic from 'The Corner of an Unlit World' has been rerecorded from scratch, the way it was meant to be, and not in a 'George Lucas ruining Star Wars' kind of way. Beautiful things can really happen even in the darkest of times. Through the years, the meaning of this song is becoming increasingly clear to me. Even when we're weary and things are difficult, life is still a wonderful thing. Find a way to remind a friend how good life really is. Beauty Shines is one of the more defining moments in my songwriting career, and i wanted to see it reach its true potential. I'm glad that Digital April has given me a chance to give this song another shot.

lyrics

"I'm not mistaken. I'm only broken down to size, but can't explain these scars."
